Q. Where/when can I buy the DynaKey?
A. The finishing touches are still being put on this brand new product, and it is expected to become available by the end of October 2010, just in time for winter. |
Q. How much will it cost?
A. Version 1 of the DynaKey will retail for $299. There will also be two optional payment plans
1) Three payments of $138 per month
2) Or $138 down and $20 per week for 18 weeks. |
Q. Is it hard to install?
A. We recommend that a local remote starter installation professional do the installation for you, but our detailed instructional video will guide you through the installation process one step at a time so that you can install the DynaKey by yourself, if you choose. |
Q. Is there a warranty?
A. Yes. We provide a full 5-year warranty for every DynaKey so that you can buy with confidence. |
Q. Does the DynaKey have any other features?
A. Yes. In addition to starting your car with your phone, the DynaKey also functions as vehicle security for your car. But get this! The built-in alarm system can not only be armed using your phone, but can also CALL YOU in case your alarm goes off! On top of this, you can remotely listen in on your car and broadcast to it using your phone. PLUS, you can even kill the engine on-command if need be by shutting off the entire power and gas-feed system. Finally, if the system is destroyed illegally, a wireless immobilizer locks your car’s engine, preventing it from being stolen. Now that’s security! |
Q. What’s the catch? This is too good to be true.
A. The DynaKey operates by phone, and since most people probably aren’t too keen on leaving their cell phones in their cars, an additional line will be needed. This can be as simple as adding another line to your existing cell phone package. Most all major cell phone companies will do this for you for $10/month (about 33 cents per day), or you can also go the pre-paid route. Pre-paid minutes can be purchased in just about any amount, starting at $10-$25, and the best of them don’t expire for 90 days (about 11 cents per day). |
